Limited with J-Power to managed 2 gas-fired IPPs and 7 gas-fired SPPs

Gulf Energy Development Company Limited (“GED”) was established
GED acquired the rights to develop 12 gas-fired SPPs
GED acquired the rights to develop 12 gas-fired SPPs
2012 - 2013
GED established Independent Power Development Company Limited
with Mitsui to develop 2 gas-fired IPPs with a capacity of 2,500MW each

Gulf Solar Company Limited was established and developed 4 solar
rooftop power projects in Thailand

GED invested in SPCG1, holding a 9.1% stake
2015
GED acquired a 0.5% stake of EDL-Gen’s issued and paid-up shares

GED developed its first biomass power plant project

GED, together with WHA Utilities and Power Public Company
Limited, established a natural gas distribution business for industrial users
