Apex’s executive management team is led by Mr. Pongphan Sampawakoop who has more than 30 years experience in property development. The company has now completed Mövenpick Hotel and Mövenpick Residences & Pool Villas, Jomtien Beach, Pattaya. Covering an area of 29.5 rai, the development comprises three main projects: Mövenpick Residences (South Tower) – 37 storeys with 192 units, Mövenpick Hotel (North Tower) – 34 storeys with 264 units, Mövenpick Pool Villas - 34 villas.

In 2016 the company launch the Sheraton Phuket Resort & Residences at Ao Po Bay on the east coast of Phuket.
